The highlight, of course, was the main hall: a gameplay space fully dressed with in-game props and bathed in moody lighting.</span>

elementy_case_study_2_tresc: <span data-sheets-root="1">The heart of the experience was split into two parts: a 2-hour gameplay session and a guided tour through Nowa Huta’s hidden corners. That’s where we added a special twist. Alongside a brilliant cosplayer embodying the Traveler, we staged a surprise encounter in a long, pitch-dark corridor linking two buildings. As groups passed through, the lights went out… eerie in-game music crept in… and suddenly red light revealed the Traveler in full detail. Guests were blown away—and recordings of the scare quickly spread across social media, racking up fantastic reach.</span>
